"We have been with John for over 20 years and as always when we ran into an issue we got it taken care of quickly and professionally. During an emissions inspection the garage let us know that our ID card was out of date and they needed to check a current one. One call to the office and Kristin immediately helped to get the issue resolved sending over a card via text and email so we had no issues. Kristin is fantastic and made every bring very easy because of her customer attitude which is clear the minute you chat with her. We are thrilled to be with John, Kristin and State Farm."
